Done for the year? “NO WAY”

Friday Dave called wanting a report on the temps. I gave him an idea where to go.

Earlier Saturday morning Dave called me to ask for a Terrafin report on the (good) temp breaks, he was out on the water now.
I told him, and he replied great then this looks good because I just saw a Mako jump! I replied I don’t think you can ask for a better reason to stop now.
I informed him if went any further the water would drop fast.

Later that day, Dave told me that they had released 9 Mako’s and saw several Blue Sharks.

Dave said to the crew 45 minutes more and we are out of here for the day. Not long after, one of the guys started chumming like a made man for the big finish.

Then the BIG BOY showed up.
Dave said 2.5 hours and 4.0 miles later they landed a 387lb Mako.

Congratulations to Dave and crew aka “Seaduction”

The Mako was weighed in by Larry Derr of In-Seine Bait.
